Job summary

Webuild in Australia, comprising Webuild, Clough and e2o, is seeking an HSE Advisor to support the project’s Health, Safety and Environment function on a major marine infrastructure project in Darwin.

The role focuses on analysing HSSE performance data, maintaining reporting systems, and coordinating compliance activities with the HSE Manager and project leadership to drive continuous improvement across the project.

Qualifications

• Experience in a safety, HSE, compliance, analyst or administration role in construction, engineering or industrial environments.
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting data and producing reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills; experience with data systems is desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across project and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse HSSE performance data and maintain reporting systems, dashboards and registers.
• Prepare regular HSSE reports, trend analysis and metrics for stakeholders.
• Support incident reporting and investigations through data collection and action tracking.
• Assist with audits, inspections and assurance activities by coordinating documentation and identifying trends.
• Maintain HSSE management systems, training records and compliance documentation.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the HSSE team and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate distribution and control of HSSE procedures, alerts and project documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure HSSE data accuracy and regulatory alignment.
