Programmed Facility Management is seeking a detail-oriented HSE Coordinator to join our team supporting the Homes NSW contract in Orange and surrounding areas. This role focuses on health, safety and environmental requirements across the contract and involves maintaining compliance and delivering thorough reporting to support improvement.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (completed, currently undertaking, or willing to obtain).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with field staff, supervisors, and customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Inspect projects to ensure site safety, environmental controls and HSE compliance
• Perform incident reporting and investigations
• Conduct site inspections and audits
• Advise supervisors and project managers on compliance and risk issues
• Maintain risk registers and update customer and site information
• Prepare timely reports and analysis for stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, supervisors, and customers
• Ensure adherence to legislative codes, standards, and internal systems
• Develop formal reports when required to document significant findings
