Job summary

Morson Edge in Sydney is seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to support its safety and compliance function. The role focuses on administration, systems and keeping training records up to date.

The position offers weekly pay on an ongoing casual contract, with standard hours Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, based in the Sydney office. There is potential to pursue a Cert IV in WHS through on‑the‑job support.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSE administration or compliance.
• Strong data management and record-keeping abilities.
• Comfortable working with systems and large data volumes.

Responsibilities

• Managing HSE administration and compliance documentation.
• Accurate data and system input.
• Maintaining employee records, licences, tickets and competencies.
• Booking staff onto required training, courses and inductions.
• Monitoring expiry dates and following up on outstanding requirements.
• Organising and filtering through large amounts of documentation and data.
• Assisting with building and improving administrative and compliance systems.
• Maintaining registers, spreadsheets and internal databases.
• Supporting the wider HSE team with general administration and reporting.
