Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an experienced HSE Systems Coordinator to support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our WHS management systems. Based in Brisbane or Sydney, the role will drive data-driven reporting and compliance across the business while collaborating with operational leaders and external service providers.

The role emphasizes system usability, data integrity, and proactive improvements to strengthen safety culture.

Qualifications

Experience in WHS, compliance, systems coordination or similar role.
Working knowledge of WHS legislation, management systems, and audit processes.
Experience supporting accredited management systems is preferred.
Full Australian working rights and willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Maintain and continuously improve WHS management systems, ensuring reliability, usability and compliance.
Manage system access, user permissions, data integrity, and security across safety platforms.
Produce compliance reports, audit documentation, safety dashboards, and performance insights.
Support incident reporting, ISO management systems, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Maintain safety documentation, policies, procedures, and document control processes.
Provide system support and guidance to users across the business.
Partner with operational leaders and external providers to enhance safety systems and reporting capability.
Contribute to initiatives that improve safety performance and strengthen safety culture.
