Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking an experienced HSE Business Partner to support health, safety and environmental initiatives across South Australian sites, based at Rowland Flat. You will partner with site leaders to prevent harm, oversee ISO-aligned systems and ensure regulatory compliance, while delivering practical, sustainable outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching and training skills, plus the ability to work in complex manufacturing environments and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five years in integrated HSE in manufacturing/high risk environments.
• Certificate IV in WHS or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Australian WHS and environmental legislation.
• Ability to influence safety culture and lead through engagement.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills.
• Experience developing and delivering HSE training for leaders and teams.
• Incident investigation, risk assessment, environmental compliance, contractor management, emergency management.
• Lead Auditor or related training highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and environmental aspects; assess risks; implement controls.
• Support ISO 45001 and 14001 aligned systems and procedures.
• Lead or facilitate investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Plan and conduct HSE audits, inspections, and verification activities.
• Support environmental compliance and improvement programs (waste, water, emissions).
• Coach supervisors and teams to build capability and effective consultation.
• Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs.
• Embed health, safety and environmental considerations into management-of-change.
