  • Support occupational hygiene, health monitoring, injury management, contractor safety and emergency management, and embed health, safety and environmental considerations into management-of-change activities.
What You’ll Bring:
  • At least five years’ experience in an integrated HSE role within manufacturing or a similar high-risk operational environment, with demonstrated exposure to both health and safety and environmental management.
  • A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, environmental management or a related discipline.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian WHS and environmental legislation, including experience supporting audits, licence and approval compliance, regulatory reporting and regulator interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence an interdependent safety culture and support the transformation of safety culture through visible leadership, engagement and shared accountability.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and support positive change.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering engaging health, safety and environmental training, and awareness programs for leaders and operational teams.
  • Practical experience in incident investigation, risk and impact assessment, environmental compliance and improvement, contractor management, emergency management and operational assurance.
