Job summary

LUVI Consulting seeks an experienced HSE Advisor for a major wind farm construction project near Dubbo, NSW. The role offers a long-term opportunity with a 3 weeks on / 1 week off roster, FIFO from East Coast airports or DIDO, and camp accommodations with meals.

You will lead safety initiatives, conduct site inspections, and drive WHS compliance across a busy construction site, supporting a professional, safety-focused team on a project with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Previous HSE experience across major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Wind farm experience highly regarded.
• Strong FIFO/DIDO construction experience also considered.
• Experience with incident investigations and ICAM.
• Confident conducting site inspections, audits, toolbox talks and working closely with contractors.
• Strong understanding of WHS systems and site compliance.
• Strong communicator who can build relationships across site teams.
• Calm, professional and able to provide leadership in a fast-paced project environment.
• Looking for a long-term project rather than a short-term assignment.
