Job summary

Clough Limited, part of a joint venture delivering WA’s CERES urea plant, seeks an HSE Administrator to support the Health, Safety and Environment team. The role includes maintaining records, coordinating inductions, and assisting with audits on a 19:9 FIFO site rotation in Australia.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will contribute to compliance programs and document management while supporting a variety of safety initiatives for this landmark project in Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment desirable.
• Strong organisational skills are essential.
• Ability to work a 19:9 site rotation (FIFO) is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, incident reports, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Australian HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Support safety inductions and training programs for site personnel.
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor safety standards and identify hazards.
• Assist with incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide administrative support to the HSE team, including coordinating safety meetings and audits.
