ATCO Structures & Logistics Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for a major project southwest of Coolgardie, WA. The role involves hands-on HSE support on-site, coaching and technical guidance for construction activities on remote sites under a FIFO 2:1 roster.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will work with supervisors, subcontractors and leaders to ensure legislative compliance, drive a positive safety culture and deliver safe, productive outcomes through to April 2027.

Formación

• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum).
• Experience in building/construction environments, remote or mining-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, codes of practice and risk management.
• Current White Card and Australian Driver's Licence are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and support frontline supervisors, subcontractors and project teams in HSE best practices.
• Provide technical advice on WHS legislation, risk management and construction safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with procedures and legislative obligations.
• Support incident investigations, corrective actions and injury management processes.
• Review HSE performance data and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Deliver training, mentoring and coaching to supervisors and personnel.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture across the project.
