Job summary

Kerman Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking WHSE Advisors to deliver a brand new non-process infrastructure project for a Tier 1 client. This FIFO role from Perth operates on a 2:1 roster, offering a strong pipeline and a competitive hourly rate.

You will implement and maintain WHSE procedures on site and ensure project WHSE requirements are met, with a supportive Perth-based WHSE leadership team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in WHSE roles
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (required)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable
• Incident investigation training desirable

Responsibilities

• Coach site leadership and subcontractors on WHSE best practices.
• Promote a safe workplace by identifying, eliminating or controlling hazards.
• Implement and maintain WHSE Management Plans, Risk Registers, Procedures and Forms with site personnel and stakeholders.
• Conduct WHSE inspections and participate in WHSE audits.
• Maintain WHSE statistics and provide reports to Client and Project team.
• Ensure training and licenses are current per Training Needs Analysis and that emergency equipment is compliant.
