Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for a busy construction site in the Northern Beaches, Sydney. The role focuses on promoting a safe working environment and maintaining health, safety and environmental standards across the site.

Reporting to site management, you will conduct inspections, identify hazards, and lead incident investigations while delivering inductions and toolbox talks. Immediate start and short-term contract through March.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an HSE Advisor role.
• Experience in construction is essential.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation and safety compliance.

We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisorto join a busy construction project based in the Northern Beaches. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HSE professional with strong construction industry experience who is available to start immediately.

About the Role

Working closely with site management and project teams, you will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment and ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, policies and site safety procedures.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.

• Provide ongoing safety advice and support to site management and subcontractors.

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an HSE Advisor role.
• Previous experience within the construction industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and confidently in a site-based environment.
• Available to commence immediately.
