Enviropacific is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support our projects across NSW and the ACT. You will join a small, dynamic team and have exposure to Major Projects and Operations, promoting safe delivery and robust safety management across sites and offices.

The role requires a Diploma in Health and Safety, 10+ years in HSE on civil/mining projects, and strong regulatory knowledge. Travel within the region and on-site/off-site work are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Health and Safety is the minimum requirement.
• 10+ years' experience in an HSE role on civil, construction or mining projects.
• Understanding of regulations, ISO certification and OFSC accreditation.
• Strong desire to develop as an Environment, Health & Safety professional.
• Ability to manage competing demands with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Support HSE across NSW and ACT projects.
• Contribute to safe delivery of projects from site to office locations.
• Assist with incident investigations and safety reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and certifications applicable to projects.

We are currently seeking an HSE Advisor to join our team and support our projects across NSW and the ACT.

As an HSE Advisor, you will join a small, dynamic and motivated team. You will have the opportunity to develop your understanding of our projects through direct involvement across our Major Projects and Operations divisions.

With strong support and established safety management systems in place, you will be contributing to the ongoing safe delivery of our projects throughout the region. Our projects include treatment of contaminated soils and water and range from 1-day jobs to long term established sites.

ABOUT YOU

You are a strong communicator with a desire to continue developing your career within a fast-paced environment.

You are comfortable working on site and in the office and are able to travel regularly within the region.

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Diploma in Health and Safety (minimum requirement)
• 10+ years' experience in an HSE role on civil, construction or mining projects
• Understanding of regulations, ISO certification and OFSC accreditation
• A strong desire to develop your career as an Environment, Health & Safety professional
• Ability to work effectively while managing competing demands
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for the environment and being involved with projects
• Incident investigation training (e.g. ICAM)
• Current Driver Licence

The following would be advantageous:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Qualifications in Environmental Management
• Quality Management qualifications or experience
• High Risk Work Licences or relevant competencies
