Core Talent is seeking an HSE Advisor to take a key safety leadership role on a landmark 12- to 18-month residential construction project in Brisbane City. You will work closely with site management and subcontractors to foster a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance across all activities.

Based on site, you will conduct inspections, coach supervisors, manage observations with HammerTech and drive practical safety improvements from day one.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as HSE Advisor in residential construction.
• Background on multi-storey projects.
• Trade background highly regarded.
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (WHS) or Diploma.

Join a landmark residential construction project on an initial 18-24 month project basis but with a five-year pipeline of future work to give plenty of possibility for extension.

The Company

This well-respected commercial and residential builder has built a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality construction projects across Queensland. With a growing order book, significant internal developments and a strong pipeline of future work, they continue to expand their HSE team and invest heavily in developing their people.

Due to the commencement of a major new project, they are now looking to appoint an HSE Advisor to support an 18-24 month development, with genuine opportunities to transition onto future projects upon completion.

The Role

In this role you will be the dedicated HSE Advisor on a major high-rise residential construction project, working closely with site management, supervisors and subcontractors to promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance across all construction activities.

This is a highly visible, site-based role where you'll be out on the project engaging with the workforce rather than sitting behind a desk. You'll carry out inspections, coach supervisors, manage compliance through HammerTech and work collaboratively with the project team to identify issues early and drive practical safety improvements.

The project consists of a 12-storey residential development with three basement levels and will see you involved from the early construction stages through to completion.
