Job summary

Clough, in joint venture with Saipem and part of Webuild, is delivering the CERES urea plant in Western Australia. The HSE Administrator role supports the Health, Safety and Environment team on a 19:9 FIFO rotation, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate HSE documentation.

You will help coordinate safety inductions, site inspections and incident investigations while maintaining thorough records and facilitating audits across the project.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSE administration and records management.
• Knowledge of Australian HSE regulations and company policies.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HSE records including inspections, audits, incidents and risk assessments.
• Support inductions and training programs for site personnel.
• Assist with incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide administrative support to the HSE team and coordinate meetings and audits.
