Job summary

Clough, part of a JV with Webuild, is delivering the CERES urea plant in WA. We’re seeking an HSE Administrator to support the HSE team, maintain records, and uphold regulatory compliance on a 19:9 FIFO rotation. You will help with inductions, audits, and incident investigations on a landmark project.

The role sits within our Health, Safety and Environment team, contributing to safe project delivery and ongoing compliance across WA operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work a 19:9 rotation to site (FIFO).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, incident reports, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Australian HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Support safety inductions and training programs for site personnel.
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor safety standards and identify hazards.
• Assist with incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide administrative support to the HSE team, including coordinating safety meetings and audits.
