Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to support the HSE team on a major EPCM project. The role is based on a 14/7 FIFO roster from Brisbane, with on-site duties that include document control, incident tracking, and supporting HSE training and audits.

You will help maintain compliance records, prepare HSE reports, and act as a point of contact for project personnel on health, safety and environment matters. This is a full-time on-site role on a significant mining/industrial project.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSE administration or site administration in mining or construction.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work on a 14/7 FIFO roster from Brisbane.
• Excellent communication with site personnel.
• Knowledge of safety standards in mining environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HSE team on site.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, including registers, permits, inductions, and compliance records.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action tracking.
• Coordinate site-based HSE training, inductions, and awareness sessions.
• Collate and prepare HSE reports, statistics, and dashboards for internal and client requirements.
• Support audits, inspections, and site walkdowns by preparing checklists and documenting outcomes.
• Ensure accurate filing and record-keeping of all HSE-related correspondence and documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for HSE queries from project personnel.
