Job summary

Downer Group in Perth, WA, is seeking a People and Culture Delivery Partner to lead end-to-end HR projects, coordinate annual people cycles, deliver high-impact programs, and support the workforce on site.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will partner with leaders and HR partners to design and implement changes, provide coaching to managers, advise on employee relations, industrial relations, performance and conduct matters, and drive engagement and organisational capability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated HR generalist experience within a complex operational environment.
• Experience delivering HR projects and annual people cycle activities.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and HR best practice.
• Experience coaching and developing managers, with training facilitation experience highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage People and Culture projects from initiation through to completion.
• Coordinate annual people activities including performance, remuneration, talent and succession cycles.
• Provide coaching, advice and support to managers on employee relations, industrial relations, performance and conduct matters.
• Partner with leaders, HR Business Partners and functional teams to deliver people programs and business improvement initiatives.
• Support organisational design, capability development, engagement activities and change initiatives.
