As a trusted partner to operational leaders, you'll drive people outcomes that support business performance, workforce growth, and employee engagement. You'll lead and develop a People & Culture Business Partner and a People & Culture Advisor, while working closely with the broader People & Culture team to champion best-practice HR initiatives across the business.
From workforce planning and employee relations to shaping culture and implementing people strategies, you'll play a pivotal role in helping build the workforce that will deliver Queensland's next generation of trains.
