Health Support Services (WA health system) seeks an enthusiastic Human Resources and Talent Officer on a fixed-term full-time appointment until 30 June 2027. You will be part of HR and Capability, providing information, advice, and administrative support to managers and employees in accordance with legislation and HSS processes.

Qualifications

• Providing general human resource information, advice, and administrative support to managers and employees in accordance with relevant legislation, industrial instruments, policies, procedures, and HSS processes.
• Coordinating and maintaining accurate workforce, establishment, and employment information.
• Providing administrative and coordination support for HR and Capability processes and activities, including classification reviews, recruitment and EOI processes, workforce reporting, committees, meetings, and HR projects.
• Supporting the development, maintenance, and review of HR processes, procedures, work instructions, and information resources.
