Job summary

The Australian National University seeks a customer-focused HR Systems Support Assistant to join the HR Systems team within People and Culture. You will be the frontline for HR Systems inquiries, working with ITS and Student Business Services, supporting HR Business Analysts to translate HR and Payroll requirements into optimal system solutions for the ANU community.

Strong governance and privacy understanding, plus a passion for customer service, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experienced administrator with strong attention to detail and governance/privacy understanding.
• Strong emphasis on communication, consultation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline HR Systems inquiries support to staff and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ITS and Student Business Services to resolve issues.
• Analyse and translate HR and Payroll requirements to HR systems solutions.
• Support HR Business Analysts in delivering system improvements.
