Job summary

The Australian National University is seeking a customer-focused HR Systems Support Assistant to join the HR Systems team within the People and Culture Division.

Reporting to the Team Leader, HR Systems Operations, the HR Systems Support Assistant acts as the front-line for HR Systems inquiries and works in co-operation with technical staff from ITS and Student Business Services, and supports HR Business Analysts to analyse and translate HR and Payroll business requirements to produce optimal HR

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of governance and privacy considerations in an organizational context.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line HR Systems support and inquiries handling.
