• Develop and maintain reports, extract people data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Support system enhancements, testing, troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders navigating HR systems and processes.
• Maintain high-quality employee records and data integrity across people platforms.
• Support broader People operations including employee lifecycle administration, documentation and process improvements.
• Partner with the People team to continuously improve systems, processes and user experience.
