Job summary

Joblin Partners Pty is seeking an HR Superintendent for a leading mining operation in North Queensland. You will shape HR strategy, manage employee relations, and partner with site leadership to enhance workforce engagement.

The role oversees the full lifecycle with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and cultural transformation. Based in North Queensland, you will work closely with the General Manager Operations and HR leadership to embed best practice, support leadership

Qualifications

• Strong employee relations experience and the confidence to manage complex workplace matters.
• Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation, modern awards and enterprise agreements.
• Experience partnering with site leadership to drive HR strategy and culture transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert employee and industrial relations advice across disciplinary matters and investigations.
• Support workforce planning, retention, succession planning and broader employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Manager to implement HR strategies, policies, processes and leadership frameworks.
• Coach leaders through performance management and employee development.
• Maintain HR governance and compliance across employment legislation, awards and policies.
