Job summary

Harmony Australasia is conducting a pivotal HR Superintendent role for the Eva Copper Project in North Queensland. You will lead HR across construction, workforce planning, recruitment, IR, and wellbeing to deliver on schedule and within budget.

This is a two-year fixed-term contract reporting to Construction Manager, with on-site/rostered duties and DIDO/FIFO options from various North Queensland locations. You will drive governance and workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years HR experience in a complex operational environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, mining, or project environments.
• Strong employee and industrial relations experience.
• Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial frameworks.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the project workforce strategy to support all construction phases.
• Forecast workforce requirements to meet project schedules and milestones.
• Oversee mobilisation and onboarding processes for employees and contractors.
• Ensure workforce plans align with project budget and resource forecasts.
• Lead performance management and reporting to inform workforce decisions.
