Job summary

GenusPlus Group is seeking a proactive HR / Recruitment Administrator on a casual temporary basis to support the implementation of a new recruitment system in Western Australia. You will handle data preparation, validation, and documentation while keeping day-to-day recruitment on track during the transition.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and good communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Prior HR or recruitment administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail with data and system records.
• Good Excel skills for data checking and cleansing.
• Organised with ability to manage high-volume admin work.
• Ability to document processes accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and knowledge of OH&S.
• Valid driver’s licence (Class C) and current police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR and recruitment admin support during system implementation.
• Assist with data preparation, cleansing, templates, and configuration support.
• Help develop recruitment workflows, forms, and process documentation.
• Identify data issues or process gaps and escalate to project contacts.
• Support implementation tracking, testing outcomes, and data quality checks.
• Provide broader HR admin support as needed during the transition.
