Job summary

Amazon Australia is seeking a HR Project Manager to join our PXT PMO in Sydney. This on-site role partners with HR, analytics, and engineering teams to design, deliver, and optimize programs that elevate the associate and manager experience across AU, SG, and CN operations.

You will own local analytics, translate metric needs into actionable requirements, and drive centralized processes with cross-functional partners, maintaining rigorous governance and status updates for leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a HR professional with a track record of designing and delivering programs at scale.
• Experience communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive decision making and measure program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Champion the associate and manager experience as the customer for everything this role delivers.
• Own PXT analytics locally, managing relationships with analytics and engineering teams, and translating reporting and metric needs into requirements the tech team can deliver.
• Own support and case management centralization, partnering with central and offshore teams to route work to the right resolution path and continue to raise the bar on associate and manager experience.
• Support Clarity onboarding and metric validation locally, and manage the deprecation of local reporting as central capability matures.
• Track delivery against program metrics, report progress to leadership, and keep program status current.
