Job summary

Amazon Australia Company Pty Ltd seeks a Senior Program Manager to own cross-functional projects across AU, SG and CN, translating HR operational needs into technology requirements and driving deployment. You’ll report to senior leadership on status, risks and impacts and influence monthly reviews to VP level.

You will champion AI adoption across site HR teams, enable digital-first launches, and coordinate end-to-end PXT technology initiatives with product, engineering and HR partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience directing multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and define project plans, coordinating rollout.
• Scale services and tools to match business growth and global spread.
• Develop and track KPIs for core programs and processes.
• Manage strategically important initiatives addressing critical challenges.
• Communicate new programs to leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of PXT technology launches across AU.
• Drive AI and automation adoption within site HR teams.
• Capture feedback, translate into tech requests, and prioritize with central teams.
