Job summary

XPT Software Australia seeks an experienced QA Lead/Test Manager to drive testing strategy across HR and payroll transformation programs. You will lead distributed teams, define governance, and coordinate SIT, UAT, E2E, and payroll testing in complex HRIS projects.

You bring 10+ years in Testing/QA, 3+ years in leadership, and deep knowledge of Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or payroll systems. Strong stakeholder management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Testing/QA.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy, plans, and governance.
• Manage SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, and Payroll testing.
• Lead estimation, planning, reporting, and risk management.
• Coordinate with business, HR, payroll, technical teams, and system integrators.
• Drive defect management, release readiness, and quality reporting.
• Strong experience in Test Management and QA.
• Experience in Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Payroll programs.
• Knowledge of test lifecycle, defect management, payroll testing, and quality governance.
• Experience with ALM, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
