Credit Corp Group is seeking an HR Operations Manager to own our operational shared services and standardise processes across the organisation. You will drive improvements across the employee lifecycle, champion automation, and uplift service delivery while leading a small team.

Hybrid work in Sydney’s CBD is offered, with a competitive salary and bonus incentives. You will partner with stakeholders to design scalable workflows that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the employee experience.

Formación

• Experience in HR Operations/Shared Services or end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Ability to lead and develop a small team
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements in HR service delivery

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day HR Operations activities across onboarding, changes, offboarding and lifecycle administration
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in People Operations
• Design and optimise scalable workflows for efficiency and accuracy
• Respond to HR queries and enhance knowledge resources and training
• Maintain accurate employee records ensuring compliance
