Credit Corp is seeking an HR Operations Manager to own our HR operational shared services, standardise processes and drive automation across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

You will lead a small HR Operations team, partner with stakeholders, and design scalable workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and the overall employee experience. This role is based in Sydney with flexible hybrid arrangements and a competitive salary with bonus incentives.

Formación

• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services covering end-to-end lifecycle processes.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team to high performance.
• Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Strong HR systems knowledge and ability to generate meaningful reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day HR Operations activities including onboarding, changes, offboarding and lifecycle admin.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across People Operations processes.
• Design and optimise scalable workflows to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Respond to HR queries, improve knowledge resources and training.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation ensuring compliance.
• Lead and support the HR Operations team with a culture of collaboration and accountability.
