Job summary

Spiecapag Australia, part of the VINCI group, is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to drive end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, mobilisation and offboarding in a multi-project environment.

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will act as the central liaison between HR, Payroll and Project teams, ensuring workforce readiness, payroll coordination and site-based HR delivery across Brisbane and project sites, including occasional FIFO or DIDO travel.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Experience in HR operations, coordination, or a similar role
• Exposure to payroll coordination and HR systems
• Strong understanding of HR administrative processes and employee lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Experience working in construction, infrastructure, or project-based environments
• Experience supporting multi-site or FIFO/DIDO workforces

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end HR operational processes across recruitment, onboarding, mobilisation and offboarding
• Ensure workforce readiness, including compliance and documentation
• Act as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll and Project teams
• Own HR data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems
• Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and external providers
• Support mobilisation planning and project readiness requirements
• Prepare HR operational reporting and workforce movement metrics
• Identify and resolve workflow issues and operational risks
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems
• Provide short-term operational support to project teams as required
