VINCI GROUP – SPIECAPAG AUSTRALIA
VINCI is a world leader in concessions, energy and construction, operating in more than 120 countries with a workforce of over 294,000 employees. We are a global group with strong local delivery capability.
Spiecapag Australia has been delivering large-scale pipeline infrastructure, trenchless construction and drilling projects across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region for more than 20 years. With continued growth and a strong focus on safety leadership, we are seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join our HR Team and play a key role in delivering scalable, high-quality HR operations across corporate and project environments.
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of core HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle.
This role acts as the central coordination point between HR, Payroll, and Project teams, ensuring seamless onboarding, mobilisation, payroll coordination, and workforce compliance across multiple projects.
The role works across both head office and project environments and requires the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, project-based business.
Where project-based HR & Site Administration support is not in place, the Coordinator will assume direct responsibility for HR administration delivery for those projects.
The role is primarily Brisbane-based and requires a willingness to travel to project sites to provide short-term operational support, develop practical site exposure, and build hands-on project experience. This may include FIFO or DIDO arrangements, when required.
Typically, this role suits candidates with around 3 + years’ experience in a HR Operations and administration within construction, infrastructure or a corporate/project-based environment who are keen to build further project exposure.
