Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee relations processes including attendance management, capability, disciplinary, grievance and appeal cases.
• Organise meetings, hearings, review panels and formal proceedings with diary management and documentation.
• Draft routine HR correspondence using approved templates.
• Maintain HR case management systems, electronic records and databases.
• Produce minutes, action logs and follow up on actions.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
