Job summary

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a full-time HR Advisor to join the Business HR Team. You will support a division with employee relations casework, act as first point of contact for managers and staff on policies and procedures, and guide on Agenda for Change terms and conditions.

The role includes developing training for managers, contributing to Quality Improvement initiatives, and supporting CIPD qualification attainment under Annex 21 where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Business HR Team to provide a comprehensive and professional HR service within a designated directorate, service or function.
• Undertake specific operational projects as directed by the HR Manager and Assistant Director of HR and OD.
• Provide first point of contact for Trust staff and managers for HR advice and guidance on policies and procedures.
• Advise staff and managers on Agenda for Change terms and conditions of service.
• Support managers with attendance management and sickness absence processes including meetings and reporting.
