Job summary

Domain is a leading property technology and services marketplace in Australia, seeking an Associate HR Advisor to join the HR Shared Services team on a 12-month FTC. You will deliver core HR operational services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring processes are efficient, employee-centric and compliant.

You will support onboarding, exits, job changes, HR data accuracy, ticket triage, and drive process improvements to scale with the business in Australia.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in HR Operations or People Services, with a desire to build a career in People & Culture.
• Initiative - someone who looks for ways to improve the experience, and proactively solve problems
• Systems thinking with a strong interest in improving how things work and building processes that scale.
• Strong Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• 1-2 years of experience in a People Operations or HR Administration role.
• Exposure to Australian employment legislation and compliance obligations.
• Familiarity with HR or shared services administration, such as onboarding, job changes, or maintaining employee records.
• Experience using HRIS or payroll systems and ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, exits, and job changes with accuracy and in line with internal processes.
• Triage, action, or escalate shared services tickets to ensure timely service delivery against SLA/KPI metrics.
• Maintain reliable HR data and records across systems; perform regular reconciliation.
• Review and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and standardisation across the employee lifecycle.
• Position the HR Services team as responsive, solutions‑mocused, and reliable for employees and leaders.
