Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate HR Advisor in Sydney to support HR Services across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure onboarding, changes, and exits are documented accurately and services are delivered efficiently to leaders and employees.

Reporting into the HR Shared Services Manager, you will help maintain data integrity, triage requests, and drive process improvements to standardise workflows and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Interest in HR Operations or People Services with a view to building a career in People & Culture.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with drive to improve processes and experiences.
• Systems thinking with ability to design scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding, exits, and job changes with accurate documentation.
• Triage, action, or escalation of shared services tickets to meet SLA/KPI.
• Maintain reliable HR data across systems and continuously improve processes.
