Job summary

WorkPac Group in Rockhampton, QLD is seeking an HR Multi System Operator for a 3‑month assignment. You will operate company vehicles, perform bin collection, loading/unloading, and safety checks while delivering reliable service.

The role requires an unrestricted HR or Class 4 licence, previous driving experience, and a safety‑minded, customer‑focused approach. You will work 7.6‑hour shifts (38 hours/week) on site.

Qualifications

• Must hold unrestricted HR or Class 4 licence.
• Previous HR/Class 4 driving experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and safety-minded.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Waste industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Provide reliable bin collection services.
• Perform loading and unloading of waste.
• Complete vehicle and equipment safety and maintenance checks.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.

Our client is a leading waste management and recycling provider delivering safe, reliable, and efficient waste collection services. They are seeking a Driver Multi System Operator to join their team in Rockhampton.

What You Will Need

• Unrestricted Heavy Rigid (HR) Australian Licence or Class 4 New Zealand Licence

• Waste industry experience is desirable
• Strong commitment to safety and reliable work practices
