Job summary

Synergie in Brisbane is seeking an experienced HR Driver to operate specialised collection vehicles in a busy waste and resource recovery operation. This role offers stable hours, above-award pay, and an immediate start in a morningside location.

You will operate Hook Lift, Rear Lift and Pantech trucks, conduct daily safety checks, perform vehicle inspections, and ensure high vehicle presentation while meeting delivery tasks and WHS requirements.

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused HR Drivers to join a well-established waste and resource recovery operation based in Morningside, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistent hours and competitive pay.

What's on Offer?

• $40.83 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Occasional Saturday work (7:00am - 11:00am)
• Supportive team environment
• Morningside-based role with immediate start available

The Role

You will be responsible for operating a range of heavy vehicles, including:

• Hook Lift Trucks
• Rear Lift Collection Vehicles
• Pantech Trucks

Key responsibilities include:

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to complete:

• Pass Police Check, Drug-Alcohol Screening and Driver History Report
• Relevant WH&S induction/training prior to commencement
