Job summary

WorkPac is seeking an experienced HR Multi System Operator for a 3-month assignment in Bundaberg, QLD, with view to permanency. You will operate collection vehicles and equipment, deliver to recycling and disposal facilities, and complete pre-starts and safety checks as part of a small, dedicated team.

The role requires an unrestricted HR licence, good driving record, and fitness to move heavy bins. Forklift experience is advantageous, with overtime and morning shifts on offer.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Heavy Rigid (HR) Australian Licence
• Good driving record
• PUD and HR driving experience is advantageous
• Good level of fitness and ability to move heavy bins
• Forklift Licence is advantageous
• Strong commitment to safety
• Good work ethic and reliable attendance
• Self-motivated with mechanical aptitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Awareness and understanding of working in the waste industry
• Ability to complete required pre-employment requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate company collection vehicles and equipment
• Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities
• Complete daily pre-starts and maintenance checks
• Safely load and unload the truck
• Interact professionally with clients and customers
• Move heavy bins into position as required
• Work closely with a small, tight-knit team
