Job summary

ElectraNet in South Australia seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the People Partnering team and shape the employee experience across the lifecycle.

• Broad operational HR experience across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Partnering team and oversee the day-to-day HR experience for employees and leaders.
• Oversee employee and industrial relations approaches and governance, ensuring practicality and consistency.
• Drive operational excellence, governance and continuous improvement in HR processes.
• Empower and develop the HR team, leveraging data, technology and AI to simplify workflows.
• Create an environment where people understand expectations, know their contributions, and feel supported.
