HorizonOne Recruitment Pty in Canberra is seeking a hands-on content specialist to take HR material from first review through to accurate, published intranet pages. You will review, adapt and publish HR policy content with SME input and stakeholder approvals.

The role is a 6-month labour hire engagement with potential extension, starting ASAP, offering experience across HR information governance and SharePoint Online. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing, reviewing or maintaining intranet, web or knowledge management content.
• Strong writing skills, including turning complex information into clear, user-friendly content.
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather information, coordinate reviews and secure approvals.
• Sound organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality assurance.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing existing People and Capability intranet content and identify the material relevant to the agency.
• Analysing and mapping HR policies, procedures, guidance and resources to determine what needs adapting.
• Drafting and updating intranet content with HR subject matter experts, and prepare new pages for review and approval.
• Coordinating content reviews and clearances with relevant stakeholders.
• Working with the Communications team on content design, publication standards and implementation.
• Building and maintaining SharePoint Online pages and content libraries.
• Keeping content accurate, accessible and current, in line with agency governance requirements.
• Monitoring content currency and coordinate updates as policies, procedures or structures change.
• Maintaining content tracking registers and document review schedules.
• Actioning amendment requests from business areas and subject matter experts, and support wider People and Capability communication and knowledge management work.
