Job summary

HorizonOne Recruitment Pty seeks an experienced EL1 intranet content leader to govern and enhance the department's internal site on SharePoint, collaborating with editors, owners and the digital workplace team.

You will set content standards, lead governance, and develop training to empower staff while ensuring accessibility and compliance across the organisation. Based in Canberra or Brisbane, with a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Senior intranet publishing experience required.
• Ability to structure and edit online content to government style.
• Experience implementing accessibility standards for large organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department's intranet content support function.
• Maintain and evolve intranet information architecture and governance.
• Develop and monitor intranet policies and standards for accessibility and compliance.
• Design and deliver training for content editors, users and administrators.
• Publish intranet content and maintain templates.
