Glencore in Newcastle, NSW, is seeking an HR professional to deliver human resources services across recruitment, onboarding and stakeholder support. This varied role offers exposure to a broad range of generalist duties and opportunities to contribute to workforce planning.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will draft advertisements, coordinate interviews and reference checks, manage pre-employment medicals, and support graduate programs and early talent initiatives while

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
• Strong communications skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment and selection: Draft job adverts, participate in interview panels, conduct reference checks, coordinate psychometric testing, arrange travel and prepare onboarding documentation.
• Internal vacancy communications: Collaborate with other HROs to distribute weekly vacancy emails.
• Pre-employment medicals and fitness for work: Coordinate medical assessments, schedule appointments, maintain confidential medical records and ensure compliance.
• Graduate & Scholarship Programs: Support program administration and coordination, including onboarding, rotations, workshops, conferences, reporting and travel arrangements.
• Early talent engagement: Coordinate, attend, and present at career events to support pipeline development.
