Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist position, ideally in construction.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice, support, and coaching on employee matters.
• Manage recruitment activities including onboarding.
• Maintain HR policies in line with standards.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and metrics.
