Job summary

The EA Agency in Sydney is seeking a hands-on HR lead to own the HR function within a leading Real Estate group in Double Bay.

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll be the go-to person for all things people in this standalone role, managing the full employee lifecycle, policy, compliance, payroll and culture initiatives.

This position requires autonomy, the ability to influence senior stakeholders and sound judgement when handling sensitive people matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of generalist HR experience with autonomy to influence senior stakeholders and handle sensitive matters

Responsibilities

• Advising managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters
• Managing performance, conduct, grievances, investigations and terminations
• Running performance reviews, training and development

You’ll Need

• 5+ years' generalist HR experience and the confidence to operate autonomously, influence senior stakeholders and handle sensitive matters with sound judgement and discretion.
• Experience within property, construction or real estate will be highly regarded.
