Job summary

Ampcontrol is seeking a HR Coordinator to embed our People value across culture, processes and practices. You will work with HR Business Partners and a team spanning L&D, Recruitment and People Systems to deliver supported HR services.

Based in Tomago, NSW, you will support Australia-wide operations across renewables, energy and mining sectors, focusing on employee engagement, performance and compliant HR activity. You’ll be encouraged to develop your HR expertise within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing and supporting customers in a HR setting.
• Developing knowledge of HR models, systems, programs and initiatives.
• Exposure to IR/ER matters including negotiation of EAs and awards.
• Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
• HR qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver generalist HR support and services.
• Coordinate and/or support key annual HR programs (workforce planning, engagement, succession planning, performance appraisals).
• IR coordination and support (EA negotiations, workforce restructuring, consultative programs).
• Policy and process development, implementation and compliance.
• Stakeholder input into People/HR systems and practices.
