Job summary

• Experience delivering HR tactical and transactional services.
• Knowledge of modern HR models, systems, programs and initiatives.
• Exposure to IR/ER matters including EA negotiations.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder influencing abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Interpersonal resilience in handling sensitive employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver HR tactical and transactional services.
• Support annual HR programs such as workforce planning and engagement.
• Provide IR coordination and support across negotiations.
• Develop and implement policy and process improvements.
• Input into People/HR systems and practices with stakeholders.
