Job summary

EST10 Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an experienced HR professional to become the go-to person for all things people. You will partner with the CEO and executive team, lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR initiatives, and help shape a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

This hands-on role offers ownership and the opportunity to grow into broader HR leadership without being thrown in at the deep end.

Qualifications

• You have at least 4 years of experience across HR or people and culture.
• You're ready to take the next step and grow into a broader HR leadership role.
• You're confident, personable, and naturally build strong relationships.
• You love working with people and genuinely care about creating a positive workplace
• You're comfortable advising managers and navigating different personalities.
• You're organised, proactive and happy to roll up your sleeves.
• You bring fresh ideas and aren't afraid to suggest a better way of doing things.
• You're approachable, down-to-earth, and bring great energy to the team.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to person for all things HR across the business.

• Manage recruitment from initial brief through to offer.
• Create a brilliant onboarding experience for new starters.
• Support managers with day-to-day HR advice and guidance.
• Coordinate performance reviews, employee development and HR initiatives.
• Help shape a positive, engaging and inclusive workplace culture.
• Review and improve HR processes, policies, and procedures.
