Job summary

Inject is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with business leaders, shaping people strategies and capability programs. You will advise managers, coordinate onboarding, and drive growth initiatives across teams, ensuring a supportive and outcomes-driven HR function.

You will lead with emotional intelligence, foster a culture of learning, and contribute to strategic people plans that align with client needs and Inject’s values. A collaborative, inclusive team environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide tailored people capability solutions.
• Advise managers on employment issues such as performance management, misconduct, restructures, redundancies, and absence management.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure timely preparation of contracts and policy sign-offs.
• Administer employee feedback programs (surveys, exit interviews, engagement checks) and report results using Inject templates.
• Support implementation of HR technology platforms (Employment Hero) for businesses.

About the Role

• Building relationships with business owners and other stakeholders to understand their business needs, providing tailored people capability solutions.
• Advising managers on a range of employment issues, e.g. performance management, misconduct, restructures, redundancies, absence and lateness, and employee conflict.
• Completing people growth and capability initiatives such as tailored training plans, career development frameworks, and detailed position descriptions.
• Coordinating onboarding processes in line with Inject’s procedures, ensuring timely preparation of contracts, policy sign-offs, and completion of onboarding documentation.
• Administering employee feedback programs — surveys, exit interviews, and engagement check-ins — and reporting results using Inject templates.
• Supporting the implementation of a HR technology platform (Employment Hero) for businesses.
