Job summary

Brook Recruitment is seeking an experienced People & Culture professional in Melbourne for a broad HR generalist role. The position covers day-to-day operations, compliance, culture, engagement and people development in a hands-on capacity.

You will manage recruitment, performance cycles, HR admin, and partner with external providers. This is a collaborative environment with no direct reports and a focus on strengthening workplace culture.

This newly created role is a broad, hands-on People & Culture position covering the full HR generalist mix, from day-to-day operations and compliance through to culture, engagement and people development. There are no direct reports and no payroll responsibilities attached to this role.
